GOLD MEMBERSHIP SUMMARY

Privileges and Benefits

¨      Unlimited golf, club open 7 days per week, walking privileges.

¨      Advance 14 day AM Tee Time Privileges

¨      Use of the Members Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Beach Club

¨      Club charge account, club newsletter, and custom bag tag

¨      Reduced green fees for invited guests

¨      Free use of Range and Practice Facility

¨      Three complimentary guest passes per year.

Membership Fee

1.     A Gold Membership is granted to individuals who desire full privileges of the golf course, golf shop, fitness center, massage services, Murphy’s Grill, Members Clubhouse, Beach Club and practice facilities; and, subject to Club rules, shall be issued a charge account so long as the Member remains in good standing.

2.     Gold Members shall pay dues and a Membership Fee per the current fee schedule at the time of application for membership.

3.     The spouse of a Gold Member is extended the privilege of using the fitness center/snack bar facility, Members Clubhouse, beach club and practice facilities and may use the Gold Member’s charge account.

4.     The spouse of a Gold Member may join the Club as a 1^st Addition.

5.     By paying the required guest fee, a spouse and/or children of a Gold Member may play up to six rounds in the company of a Gold Member per year.

6.     Children of Gold Members may join the club as the 1^st Addition or as Dependant Members (see “Additional Family Members”).

7.     When the limit of 200 Gold Members is reached a waiting list shall be created.

Spouse Membership (Gold, Silver and Bronze) Statement from Rules and Regulations

1. The spouse of a Gold, Silver or Bronze Member may join the club as a 1^st Addition.
2. An Addition Member is extended privileges of the golf course, fitness center/snack bar facility, the Members Clubhouse, Beach Club, and practice facilities; and, subject to Club rules, shall be issued a charge account so long as the Member remains in good standing.
3. Additional Members shall pay dues and a Membership Fee for the appropriate “Additional Family Member” designation per the current fee schedule at the time of acceptance as a Member for the classification granted (Gold, Silver or Bronze).
4. A spouse must pay a separate Membership Fee if he/she desires full membership privileges. 
5. A Spouse Member must become a Gold/Silver/Bronze Member in order to maintain Membership status in the event of resignation, divorce, or death of the marital Gold/Silver/Bronze Member.
6. To become a Gold/Silver/Bronze Member, a Spouse Member shall pay to the Club the difference between the current Gold/Silver/Bronze Membership Fee and the Spouse Membership Fee previously paid.
