NON-REFUNDABLE SILVER MEMBERSHIP SUMMARY Privileges and Benefits ¨ Unlimited golf, club open 7 days per week, walking privileges. Silver members pay a “privileged play fee” per round in consideration of reduced dues. ¨ Priority AM Tee Time Privileges over Bronze Members ¨ Use of the Members Clubhouse, ¨ Club charge account and club newsletter, and custom bag tag ¨ Reduced green fees for invited guests ¨ Free use of Practice Facility Membership Program

Silver Membership Statement from Rules and Regulations
1. Silver Membership is granted to individuals or Corporate Representatives desiring full privileges at the Club but whose time ability to use the Club is limited and may not justify Gold Membership.
2. Silver Members are extended full privileges of the golf course, golf shop, snack bar/fitness facility, Members Clubhouse, Massage Services, Beach Club and practice facilities, and, subject to Club rules, shall be issued a charge account so long as the Member remains in good standing. 3. Although Silver Members have full playing privileges at the Club, Gold Members may have advance priority, ahead of Silver Members. 4. Silver Members may play in all Club tournaments. Gold members may also have priority for registration to participate in Club tournaments. 5. Silver Members pay a reduced Membership Fee. Silver Members pay reduced dues. Silver Members pay a “privileged” play fee applicable to the day of the week and time of day on which they use the course. 6. The spouse of a Silver Member is extended the privilege of using the golf shop/snack bar facility, the Members’ Clubhouse, 7. A spouse of a Silver Member may join the Club as the Additional Member (see below). 8. By paying the required guest fee, a spouse and/or children of a Silver Member may play up to six rounds in the company of a Silver Member. 9. Silver members may transfer to Gold Member status by paying the current Membership Fee and receiving a credit for the Silver Membership Fee previously paid. In the event there is a waiting list for Gold Membership, Silver members will be placed on the list ahead of new applicants. 10. When the limit of 300 Silver Members is reached a waiting list shall be created. Spouse Membership (Gold, Silver and Bronze) Statement from Rules and Regulations 1. The spouse of a Gold, Silver or Bronze Member may join the club as a 1st Addition. 2. An Addition Member is extended privileges of the golf course, fitness center/snack bar facility, the Members Clubhouse, Beach Club, and practice facilities; and, subject to Club rules, shall be issued a charge account so long as the Member remains in good standing. 3. Additional Members shall pay dues and a Membership Fee for the appropriate “Additional Family Member” designation per the current fee schedule at the time of acceptance as a Member for the classification granted (Gold, Silver or Bronze). 4. A spouse must pay a separate Membership Fee if he/she desires full membership privileges. 5. A Spouse Member must become a Gold/Silver/Bronze Member in order to maintain Membership status in the event of resignation, divorce, or death of the marital Gold/Silver/Bronze Member. 6. To become a Gold/Silver/Bronze Member, a Spouse Member shall pay to the Club the difference between the current Gold/Silver/Bronze Membership Fee and the Spouse Membership Fee previously paid. |
